Out of School

Our Out of School program for ages 5-12 runs in the school year from 7am to 8:45am and 2:45pm to 5:45pm. Our staff work to create fun and educational activities for school aged children while incorporating the interests of the kids. We have adventurous full day activities when the school has Pro-D days. As well, we have an extensive summer camp program where children learn a variety of skills while doing new and fun activities.

Natalie

Hello, my name is Natalie. I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I moved to Hawaii to earn a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, where my I met my Husband.

After Graduating, we moved to Korea and opened a board game café. There, we combined our love for games with education by teaching children English through board games to make learning fun.

After running the café for four years, we decided to embark on a new adventure and moved to Canada. Now, I enjoy life here with my husband and our two lovely sons.

Hi, I’m Oren!

I have recently joined as an out of school educator here at Creative Kids in December 2024 and am pursuing my ECE certification.

Education is a passion of mine and I’m always looking to learn new things whether it be about language, the world around us, or arts.

Outside of work I’m a big hiker and have a passion for the outdoors as well as cooking!

Kylee

Hello, my name is Kylee.

I've lived in Port Coquitlam my whole life, and I have a deep connection to this community. As someone who grew up attending Creative Kids myself, I have a special place in my heart for this daycare.

I love engaging with kids and creating a positive, fun, and safe environment where they can learn and grow.

I'm excited to bring my energy and passion for childcare to the team at Creative Kids, and I look forward to helping your kids thrive.

Jayden

Hi I'm Jayden!

I started working with creative Kids in April 2024, working as a support teacher. I have worked with large groups of children in Summer camps.

When not at work you can find me studying for a psychology final, playing games online, drawing and reading.

I'm working to be a therapist, to work with children and adolescents to help them navigate their feelings through play and creativity.
