3-5 Program

Our 3-5 year Old Program is set-up in a way that the learning experiences are natural and fun for all children who participate! Our program is facilitated by qualified Early Childhood Teachers who are constantly observing the environment to ensure the best learning experience possible!

Charlotte

Hello, I am Charlotte. I was born and raised in England. I moved to Canada in 2017. I obtained my Masters Degree in Education from the UK, as well as a Bachelors in Drama. I am passionate about teaching young children and helping them to develop into amazing little humans. I managed a daycare in the UK for 5 years. Then came here to continue my teaching career.

I love to spend time exploring outside and especially love to play in the rain. (Vancouver is perfect for this!)

I enjoy baking and creating masterpieces out of cake. I recently took up knitting and crochet to help me relax after a long day at work. I can be a very hands on person when learning new crafts.

I love all things Dog related, and spend lots of time out with my dog Esther. I take her to agility training on the weekends to keep us both focussed and active.

Arly

My name is Arly, I'm currently working Full time for Creative Kids since 2023 for the 3-5 program.

I obtained my ECE certificate in February 2024. I have also been working as a babysitter on the weekend as a part time job since 2020.

Weekend Adventures: Beyond my weekday role at the daycare, I spends my weekends in two of my favorite worlds: baking and hiking. my passion for baking extends far beyond the confines of my kitchen, as I delights in sharing my homemade treats with a local family. MY culinary creations not only satisfy the palate but also reflect my nurturing nature.

Lissa

Hi, I’m Lissa. My family and I have recently moved to this beautiful province from Montreal. ( yes, I speak French)

I’ve been raising kids, and in the education field for half my life now. Once completing my studies as a certified Daycare Educator in Québec, I started working as an out of school instructor. I then moved on to full time work as preschool assistant in the school environment. My work with the school district has given me the opportunity to attend several ASD workshops and I have gained a lot of experience with special needs, and inclusivity. I have my ECE Licence to practice here in BC.

When I’m not with your children, I’m usually with my own. I’m a proud mum of 3 boys 21, 8 & 10. We love walking on the trails, biking, hiking, and finding secret beaches and parks to picnic. I enjoy everything outdoors, rain or shine! I find BC incredibly inspiring, and its environment humbling.

Children are my life, and I feel extremely grateful to be part of the Creative Kids family.

Lauren

Hi, I'm Lauren!

I have recently started my journey at Creative Kids, and graduated as an ECE in March 2024!

Outside of work, I enjoy road tripping to Whistler to Ski and explore, spending time with my family, and love crafting at home.

I have been working in the childcare field since 2020, and am excited for what my future holds in this field!

Sharon

Hello, I am Sharon.

I come from a diverse and cultural country India. I emigrated to Canada in 2022.

I am grateful to be apart of the Creative kids Family, as I have loved working with children since 2018. I have my ECE assistant licence, and currently pursuing my full ECE to work within this field.

I love working with all age, and connecting with young minds and learning something new everyday.

I'm a professional yoga and fitness trainer. My biggest strength is my mom and my sister. I love to spend time with them.

Esther

I am Esther, I was born in February 2020. I am a Miniature Australian Shepherd, who loves to support children within the centre. My Human is Miss. Charlotte, she brings me to the centre to work with the children. I began Agility training in 2021, and hope to develop my skills.

I have completed my Level 1 Obedience training, and have been certified as a service dog, to support the children in the centre.

I love to play chasing games, and play with balls. I am super friendly and love to meet new people.
